Right here is my rant. infact my rant has taken me a considerable length of time to type as i'm pissed on rum and depression tablets, but that is not an excuse for my topic that I have posted here on Boxrec. My son's birthday is at the end of November and as a gift I thought (foolishly) I would get a couple of tickets for the Fury v Chisora fight.

Now! if I was the promoter who was wanting to fill the Excel Arena that night, The 29th November or a ticket issuing comapny I would at least make things as easy as possible to purchase tickets with a seating plan in place. I do not posses an iq of 145 or have a view of a seating plan in my mind when the seats that are offered to me to make a judgement that I want to sit there. Granted I do not want to spend over 50 quid per seat, however I would like to think I could at least view a seating plan of the arena.

My issues is that I am sure there are boxers on the bill that would like the arena full as I suspect that there maybe, quote maybe clauses in there contracts that say they are paid on the quantity of tickets sold. So in my opinion I would make sales easy as possible with a detailed seating plan for punters to see.

It is also frustrating to go to the promoters web page to find that the site is down. So it is impossible to even try to buy tickets from their site.

Basically I was given seats Block 4 Row H seats 9 and 10. Where the hell are they placed. Are the seats in Watford? I don't know because I cannot find a plan.

So should I waste 90 quid on crappy seats or spend it wisely on a 2 for 1 on P and O Ferries and go to Amsterdam, at least P and O are showing me where i'm going to sleep on a night.

Best go to Amsterdam. The card you buy tickets for, and what enters the ring that night will be chalk and cheese. With Amsterdam you know what your getting..... hookers and drugs.

Boxing is awful these days. Mimmy remembers the old days and how it used to be - even with just two world titles.

The facts of it are you can't take it that seriously and there comes a time you have to detatch yourself from the
nonsense of boxing politics and get on with your life. I remember as a kid naming the top ten WBA Minimumweights
and worrying about Pretty Boy Lucas getting his IBF world title shot as he was their perennial contender - now, I

Yeah 381 or 382 was normally boxing, but often if there was no boxing news it would have something random like figure skating or alpine skiing, so I'd always check 380 before committing

Apart from when an article had about 8 pages and I didn't manage to read the page in time so would have to wait for all those pages go by before I could read the page again. Did anyone else use to enter the number in again so you could see the numbers running by at the top of the page to tell you when the next page would flip over?
