i've been hitting the gym recently with a mixture of boxing training and some weights ,i'm not in bad nick for a 44 year old bloke but i'm having trouble losing the last bit of fat around my stomach .after i train i try to eat straight after for the protein to build muscle but i'm not sure if i should maybe not eat so i burn off fat ,i've been told different things by different people ,when i was younger the weight would fall off by training twice a week but now it seems a bit harder .any tips
