Running every other day, just 1.5 mile runs, core exercises (stomach and lower back) everyother day. I also train at the gym and my gym routine looks something like this. Day 1-pull ups (4 sets), chin ups (4 sets), trx rows (4 sets), lat pull down machine(3 sets) (light weights) row machine(3sets) (light weights) Jump squats and box jumps. Day 2-trx push ups (4 sets), dips superset with close grip push ups superset with kettlebell swings (10 sets 30 seconds rest inbetween sets) 5 sets of bench dips, tricep rope pull downs.
I do this on top of my core workout everyother day and running every other day usually 1.5 mile or 3 miles slow run, and of course I also box 3 times a week, I make training a way of life because I'm hungry to turn pro in the future ;)

just for fitness i normally either run 4 ks or bike for 30 minutes then hit the heavy bag for 4/5 rds then some resistance machines followed by some stomach/ab work ,got an ab wheel recently and that thing is better than doing 50 sit ups it kills but it works . 3/4 times a week
