Registering my Manager

I am trying to register my manager in my profile but it is coming up as error and then telling me to email BoxRec. However, when I press on email (it's underlined as if it's supposed to go to a link), nothing happens. How do I register my manager so that he not only gets the due recognition but also the due credit and weight to his name as being my manager? Thanks in advance to any and all that respond to this.
