Only one mention for Hamed?

Hamed has desructive power, one of the most impressive punchers i've ever seen.

Herbie hide for all his faults could bang very hard too - Lennox Lewis had a tidy overhand right as well.

Lennox Lewis' overhand right is I think the hardest shot the heavyweigth division has seen. Sadly he didn't actually detonate it that often, but when he did the effects were very impressive.

Rahman's top lip was out in row 4 when Lewis hit him.

Britain has had quite a few of the hard hitters throughout the history of boxing.

Jimmy Wilde hands down has to be P4P the heaviest handed British fighter to ever lace up the gloves and a very good argument can be made that he is the hardest hitting fighter ever P4P, but then again the exact same thing could be said of Bob Fitzsimmons...it's a tough call!

Also very deserving of mention among the elite of knockout artists are British-born fighters such as Ben Jordan, Colin Jones, Peter Kane, Jackie Paterson, "Bombardier" Billy Wells, Ralph Charles, George Odwell, Al Foreman, Eric Boon, Nigel Benn, Bruce Woodcock, Ted Pritchard, Frankie Taylor and Spike Sullivan to name a few who would be at the very top of the list.

He wasn't off the rails when he fought Galloway, just had a very bad night, Galloway is one of the most awkward fighters around, still fighting today.

Henry Wharton was a naturally powerful puncher, who also had a granite chin.

Naseem has to be up there with the biggest UK punchers.

As for Danny Williams, well of course he can punch he's a big guy, but I think its proportionate and not exceptional.

Darren Corbett could really bang and would have gone much further with a bit of dedication and a better trainer.

I still remember what he did to Chris Okoh.
