And I think this may be the perfect place to confirm the rules for the new season:

1. This season will be 40 weeks.

2. Title fights are 15 rounders, All-Managed fights will be 12 rounders & CPU fights will be 10 rounders.

3. If a Managers fails to match his fighters, they will face Merciless Marvin Hagler. If Managers fail to match them three times consecutively, their fighters will be frozen out until their Manager returns. If a Manager does not return within ten weeks, the fighters will be available to be recruited by others.

4. Each boxing body will have his own rankings. If your fighter is a World Champion, he will need to commit to a Mandatory defence every fourth week. Failure to do so, can result in your fighter being stripped of his title.

5. Unifications are possible, but the Champion must make three successful defences before he is eligible to unify. And Unifications take precedent over Mandatory defences.

Blah Blah Blah....these rules will change if GBP happens to inflict too much damage on the common folk.

Rest easy in the knowledge that you will be protected from the sorts of beatings, that if GBP was given free reign, would be brutally imposed on YOUR fighters and the horse's they rode in on.
