Sykes has been a super featherweight for nearly 9 years, you've made this claim about him moving up before and it hasn't happened, he was 9st 5 1/4 lbs against Femi Fehintola, if he's getting that close for an 8 rounder I doubt there's any problems with the weight. Warren isn't in control, Walsh is Sykes mandatory, he won the purse bids for the fight, if either were to pull out, it would be up to the board to provide a new opponent, Troy James being most likely, that would then go out to purse bids again.

FW would not say if the fight was not happening as in truth he'll do nothing that affects ticket sales, for me both are lightweights and we will see mitchell smith move into a british title fight, money talks.... You said he would pull out in July, he didn't, you said his contract was up in August and he was moving to Matchroom, he didn't and if his contract was up and he doesn't see eye to eye with Warren, why is he fighting on his show again? The two don't really go together. A car crash put him out of the Burns fight, not some random injury that could have been made up like you're suggesting.

So they faked a car crash then? I think they could have found an easier way to get out of the fight. His contract obviously wasn't up in August and he fought in July, it was Sykes that pulled out not him.

Gary pulled out of July fight because of injury a medical statement from pinderfields hospital was sent to bbbofc they carried out the 2nd op ,previous two times Walsh pulled out no medical evidence was ever shown on them occasions ,as it stands Gary's told his manager Steve Wood he'll do the fight at lightweight if Walsh is struggling to make the weight lad needs to fight his only income

He was 9st 10lbs, closer to 9 1/2 st than 10, not almost 10st. I don't get the big deal with him picking an opponent, it was a keep busy fight, more likely that his team chose the opponent than him. A car crash means police, ambulance and fire services all coming out, he had to be cut from the car, you can't fake that sort of thing, with insurance claims and such, plus the money lost by Burns and Warren, making something like that up could lead to fraud charges and a breach of contract and we all know Fwank doesn't hesitate when it comes to suing people.

It's been going on for two and year with Sykes and Walsh supposed to fight at a show in Wolverhampton which he turned down I was with Gary's trainer when dean Powell rang and said nope he doesn't want it even spoke to trainer and its a no if he can't make sfw the offers there for lw
