Judging by the fact he was practically hyperventilating after 2 minutes of fighting Love and spent the rest of the fight plodding forward throwing 10 punches per round because he was so exhausted, that would be a bridge too far. This version of Briggs could easily lose to a Jason Gavern or Sherman Williams, let alone Oquendo or Mansour.
