Would they have the knowledge?
Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
Isn't Mark in California?
(Have they done a Jason Rowland interview?)

Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
(This isn't an insult to them) James and Kugan are fairly young guys who I don't think have much pre-Hatton awareness. They cover the current scene well and both clearly keep up to speed with what's going on now, but I strongly suspect that if they started dipping into historical stuff they'd not do quite as good a job. Maybe they'll prove me wrong.
Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
Yeah he's in LA. Be good though to hear from some boxers from the past. Ifilm do a great job with the current stuff though.
Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
It would be good, he always came across as a thoughtful man, Kaylor. He was intelligent and articulate. Steve Roberts would be a good interview as well; he did about the best (along with Jason Rowland) of all the West Ham bunch of the last 25 years, (after Nigel Benn obviously).

I had a message from Marks son a couple of years ago, saying Marks doing well in America, and doesn't really do any interviews anymore. But is enjoying life
Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
BM did a good interview with him a few years back. More information in that then you will likely get from any of the youtube reporters.

It was a good interview. I liked the fact Mark was very honest about his ability and said he knew he wasn't world-class.littlepug wrote:Remember that bloody hell was it really a few years back ! mind you I can pick up a really old copy of most boxing mags and remember the articles like it was yesterday.dbf wrote:BM did a good interview with him a few years back. Fcuk me some people missing a business opportunity or way to crack into it here. Grab a camcorder and seek out ex fighters, previous big names and do sit down interviews with them. Upload to youtube, smash them around social media, get some hits, now you are in the industry. No previous experience or training needed, worked for Kuggan and James
Re: Can Ifilm Tv do a Mark Kaylor interview?
Sounds good on paper. Sadly its not really a business though. I doubt IFLTV are making that much now and they've literally been to every show going for the last few years. The demand is not their for boxing. Also everyone and their dog is doing it now, meaning its becoming more saturated. If you want t business, talk about video games or unwrap kinder eggs (not joking) because thats where the money is.tobyh5 wrote:Fcuk me some people missing a business opportunity or way to crack into it here. Is IFL their full time job and only source of income?
If so, how can they afford to live and eat if they spent years without earning a penny?
I don't know how the internet works with regards to money but there are loads of bloggers and people who post stuff on YouTube that seem to do well out if it financially.

Someone made a comment in the past that Kugan is a trust fund baby. Dont know how true that is but it could explain how he seems to be doing alright for himself. He did go to a private school aswell so im assuming his parents were fairly well off.bripez wrote:dbf wrote:Sounds good on paper. Sadly its not really a business though.
