Why is the Hopkins/Kovalev fight scheduled so late?

I wondered that as well. Such a high profile fight too. It could be close to midnight in AC before it starts.

You guys are lucky! If you're in the UK like myself and a lot of other posters, it's pretty much 5AM until the fight starts if you wanna watch it live! I'm gonna be fucked tommorow! Haha.

I don't recall ever having to wait this long between fights, but apparently HBO made a premeditated decision to schedule the timing of the fights. :evil:

We just set our clocks back.. and the fight is on the East Coast.
