ways of watching tv on computers

I was wondering if any of you had had some experience with something like this...

...at this site http://www.voetbalinbeeld.nl/woensdag.htm there are various programs listed which you can use to watch footy on your computers if you have broadband.

I was wondering 2 things:

1) Is there any boxing transmitted via these means?

2) Have any of you used any of the programs (eg SopCast, PPlive, PPstream, QQlive, Tvkoo) and do they work OK?

I watched Manny vs Morales on Korean tv on a program called "coolstreaming". Its doesn't seem to work now though. They have prem football on saturday afternoons as well...
