Eubank junior's gym details please ?

Post by jessi »

If anyone has a phone number or address for the gym his training at I would really appreciate it.
I know his being doing strength and conditioning work at the underground gym Brighton but can't find out anymore than that, he said on his last televised interview that anyone was welcome to come and watch him train at anytime for his upcoming fight.
Me and a couple of friends are down that way next week and will take a look if we know where he trains !
Thanks in advance for any help :TU:

Anyone, even a good guess ? Heard years ago Chris senior bought the house next door and turned it into a gym, not even sure where that is though, is Hove a big place ?

When he said that mate, im not sure if it was meant to be taken literally lol. I got the feeling it was more of a throwaway statement to say that he had nothing to hide in terms of his preparation for the fight. Could be wrong though obviously.

Oddly enough I was reading Sanjeev Shetty's excellent book last night and he talks about Eubank Snr buying two houses and turning one into a gym.

I'm 36 and remember my dad taking me as a young boy to the festival town hall in basildon to watch him train on 2 occasions

At the same place I also watched Tim witherspoon train for his Bruno fight, on that occasion i was lucky enough to meet 'ALI'.

Yes I was a very young lad but loved every minute and remember it well, the place is now gone and known these days as the festival leisure park or "BAS VEGAS"

You mentioning Terry Marsh got me onto youtube to watch him winning the IBF title against Joe Manley, what a night that was.Funny enough i was in London to watch Bruno v Witherspoon and outside Wembley appeared a black limo,i ran over to see who was inside and it was Ali,i passed my autograph book in and Ali grabbed hold of it,only for the traffic to move on,Ali quickly passed it back to me,unsigned :(

bigjack....

......what a shame you never got his autograph ! I actually queued up to meet him, he shook my hand and then put his right hand on my chin for a photo, I will have to ask my mum to dig out the photo, sadly I lost the autograph book in between moving houses at some stage over the years, it had all the great late 80's spurs players autographs on there too. Never mind
