Pernell, certainly in his younger days. He moved less at 147

Camacho, his feet were the real focus of his defence, for a slick type his head movement wasn't great.

Pac's footwork is pretty good, both offensively and defensively.

Duran was incredible with his defensive footwork as an older man, always in position to counter.

Kurt Rambis was not bad either.

His excellent footwork somehow always enabled him to be in position
to chuck elbows and get rebounds.

His footwork was also probably made even more effective by his giant horn-rimmed glasses.
