NOTE: Title Eliminators are optional you may withdraw your fighter(s) if you so wish - but be warned if you do decide to withdrawal you will not be able to get your spot back if you change your mind later...

Managers names in BOLD have accepted their title eliminators.
If a Manager does not voice his withdrawal then it will be assumed that the title eliminator will go ahead with his blessing.

The Number One guys vs the Number Four guys
The Number Two guys vs the Number Three guys

In the event that a member of the top sixteen withdraws from the Title Eliminators, then in accordance with the rankings:
The current 17th ranked fighter will be promoted to fill the slot.
If there is a second withdrawal the slot will be filled by the 18th ranked fighter.
If there is a third withdrawal the 19th ranked fighter will step in.

And so on and so forth. So essentially any of the guys below could be moved up in to the minor belt fights:

Just to be clear, if Montgomery vs Castillo & Blackburn vs Whitaker are signed then the following will happen:

Whitaker will be withdrawn from his WBA Title Eliminator and will be replaced by Ismael Laguna (being the highest ranked fighter outside of the Title Elims)
Montgomery will be withdrawn from his WBO Title Eliminator and will be replaced by Juan Manuel Marquez (being the 2nd highest ranked fighter outside of the Title Elims)

Following that, the 21st ranked fighter - Jack Blackburn will have signed for a fight and so is not eligible for being moved up.
So, the 22nd ranked fighter California Jackie Wilson will be moved up to fight for the IBO Title and he will fight Carlos Ortiz

- This is all conditional on the various Managers agreeing these promotions for their fighters, of course.
