Heavyweight NATE JONES

Does anyone have anymore info on former young heavyweight Nate Jones 18-2-1 who retied after the Lamon Brewster fight? It stated that "Jones retired in May 2002 after doctors diagnosed him with diminished reflexes, speech & memory"
