There were enough names around in the Hagler era meaning he didnt need to chase fights - they came to him.

Not sure Parsons. For a long time the division was barren. Marv had to be content with roasting Scypion, Lee, Obelmejias, Sibson, Hamsho... All solid contenders just not superstars of the sport.
