I've heard they've had to close due to a dispute with the Landlord.

I think it's a dispute over unpaid rent which led to the closure.

The Peacock Gym is going to be knocked down but they're going to rebuild a new gym somewhere in the area. I can't see it being as good as that gym has a great atmosphere.

This, I know other Pro's also use it so from what I hear they will have to sort out different Times to trains...
I've known Johnny since I was a School boy, went over West Ham Sparring from the age of 11 and he has put so much into Boxing, knows so much about the Sport and I hope he does get another gym to Train... TKO was a great gym :(
