I thought it was a brilliant presser, i just think they both bounce off each other really well. Bills a really likable intelligent well spoken lad, and Eubank is a well spoken intelligent lad and theatrical to go with it. I love the whole mind games stuff.

I think Eubank Jnr has his number. I have no logical reason to say this and I am not sure why I feel it but i just do.

Reminds me of midweek sports special, Benn v Eubank and something there made me think Eubank had him and I just knew it, it was daft as it was a pure gut thing and not thinking about attributes, power, chins blah blah, it was instinct and I have it here again.

I think he is going to shine and give BJS a spanking. For the first time I actually liked the kid. He was there without his old man who is a twat and makes his son unlikeable when in the same company. Turns out that Jnr is alright, very confident, typical Eubank confidence but a good lad. Then BJS gave it the "I will retire if I lose" line which is identical to what Benn said to his dad and that sealed my instinct.


Til that video I thought he was out of his depth and a press conference is not a fight, it is talk, it is nothing so to change ones mind over that is foolish but every fibre twitched towards an Eubank win. Seriously the last time this happened like that, over some sit down chatter was his dad and Nigel. Now I find out if the instinct of a 15 year old is better than that of the 40 year old version

That's what happened with me,i was laughed at by my work mates when i picked Eubank,another time it happened was when i picked Danny Williams over Tyson and Micheal Spinks to ko Cooney, no reason,just a feeling.

Eubank is doing a very good job of convincing people that 'he is the real deal', but Billy Joe was once a no1 world ranked amateur and to forecast he'll get knocked out is a bit optimistic.

From what I can tell, he's trained his ass off for this fight (maybe too much infact) and I think that he is not going in to try and beat Eubank - but to try and end him.

I can't see either man being KO'd, too much pride / youth. I see a close PTS decision.

All that aside, this is a truly great match-up with all the boxes ticked.

Eubank and his team have performed a master class in PR and spin. Eubank has not fought anybody at amateur or professional and yet finds himself in a fight that will probably earn him 200k+. What possible reason is there for not putting him with a live opponent? If he is this beast he is portrayed as why on earth would you not put him in a couple if fights to get experience of going the rounds. Why would you not want him to fight a couple of known guys to build his profile and a buzz. The answer has to be that he is a good ko artist with low level boxers but is not a good boxer. BJS has gone the path of a champion.....world class amateur, winnings all professional titles apart from world (so far) and happily fought a string of highly rated undefeated fighters. BJS will bully Eubank and make him look silly as he swings hoping for a KO. He will get pulled out half way through the fight. I am placing my biggest bet of the year in the 1.8+ you can get on BJS. I bloody hope I'm right.

Good characters, and a really good Matchup that should make a mockery of last weeks excuse for a PPV bill. Chisora fight won't be the height of athletical display, but good characters too!

I think that Eubank will try and box on the outside at first and will find that he is coming off second best in that department so he'll change his tactics and come forward instead and will take Saunders out eventually. He might be on the end of a boxing lesson before that though.

I enjoyed watching that, but my eyes were transfixed on FW's constant left shoulder roll/twitch. The habit is getting worse, seriously, have a look, can anyone be bothered to count how many times frank feints with the left during the whole presser, he throws out more jabs than audley Harrison, but hey, so does the nurse in my local health centre!

I think im aboard this train too, I have never before thought eubank would win but I do now, he won that presser (if its possible to win one) by an absolute landslide, BJS is agitated and emotional, CEJ looks huge at the weight, calm, confident and im beginning to think he will take BJS seriously to the trenches. BJS best opponents so far have been John Ryder and Spike O'Sullivan, both who BJS beat via the points route, CEJ is in my humble opinion of higher class and better stock than ryder, I believe O'Sullivan would stop/defeat John Ryder.

Forget the amateur statistics that BJS has in his favour...if that mattered then Curtis Woodhouse would never have won a fight let alone a british title.

CEJ served his equivalence of amateur experience in the gymnasiums of North America, they are a seriously hard place to learn. This fight decides who is second in the British Middleweight pecking order after Martin Murray, Incidentally I think either of CEJ and BJS would beat Andy Lee.......just my opinion before anyone else blocks me on twitter!! ........

Saunders is emotionally involved though which without doubt will end up affecting his boxing somewhat. That will play into Eubanks favour.

Saunders is a bit of live spark, always has been. He won his first senior 50 amateurs fights in a row, and has boxed in tournaments under pressure including the Olympics before he'd left his teenage years. He's got kids and a mrs and a big family around him.

I don't forecast any press conferences affected him in the ring myself mate.

Whereas Eubank Jr, is a privately educated school boy who still lives at home despite being 25 years old, who tweets pictures of his Playstation. He's not really had much amateur experience and certainly not the length and depth that BJS has.

There will be a big traveller segment of the crowd (of which Billy has sold a boat load of tickets) and there wont be many there for Jr except for his old man. I can see the roof being booed off during the ring walk - and that can unsettle even the most seasoned of professional boxers.

It's easy to be cool in front of 18 polite press guys - but I think on the night it will be nothing he's ever experienced before.

If he comes through all that and beats BJS then he's got to be given massive credit in my opinion.
