If you paid some judges a fortune, he could have easily been undefeated, and compiled the most robberies of all time. In his prime, whenever that was, he was practically impossible to KO, and if you deliberately avoided matching him up with the biggest punchers, then yeah, he'd never lose by KO. So yeah, he could be a kind of cruiserweight JCC Jr. -- impossible to KO, and just about as hard to get an official decision against. But why would you shell out that much money to buy 40 crooked decisions for a single fighter? Not worth it.
