It's not great to watch tbh but i don't have a problem with it so long as it's adequately supervised by medical staff. I've heard some horror stories from these white collar events.
No matter the level, boxers should always have the best care possible.
It is what it is and props to the 2 guys, takes a lot of mental strength to step in there. :TU:

Decent effort for middle-aged first timers. Good matchmaking.

I guess the key is they really are fairly matched.I'm sure there are nasty lowlife who pretend to be beginners just to bash some ham n egger up.

46 and 35 seems too large a age disparity although in this case it turned out to be evenly matched

Hi Billy,

Decent effort indeed.

Two questions as the French don't do white collar here but I've heard about it and am very keen (am from London originally):
- How come you're not using headgear? I thought this is what you normally use in those shows? Not having a go, just asking.
- What sort of preparation are the lads having for this? The French guys at my gym will go through a 3-month diet before they can enter an 'inter-club competition' but it is licenced.

Who was the ref? He looked as though he had done a few rounds himself at some time.
