mayweather than there is in the public record. find it very

public persona to sell fights.
Why would you think that? I find out I know less about people than I thought all the time & these are people I see every week, every month. You are seeing maybe 6 to 24(max) hours worth of Floyd a year probably. That is a extremely small period to work off of with anyone to get a full look into who they are.

Again I think we only know a small piece of any of these fighters we've watched year after year. And Floyd is a guy with a nine digit bank account who has seemingly incorporated a persona (at least partially, there is enough info out there to suggest this at minimum) that is used to generate revenue for his business. I think anyone with a nine digit bank account is probably a lil more complicated than you think in particular when the most glaring parts of his persona in your eyes is f#cking a lot of girls (which I would probably delve into myself & I think many others would as well as a insanely rich guy) & buying sh!t (which I assume anyone with a big bank account is doing).

everyone is entitled to their opinion. i saw a documentary
authorized and sponsored by the man himself in which he
didn't shy away from showing his women, children, his way
of shopping and some hooker parties. now i would assume
that my children would find out about this material and i
would feel embarrassed, but he apparently does not. why?
well, my guess is, this is all not far of reality and everybody
knows about it.

does anyone really assume that there is nicer, smarter or
more interesting personality behind all this? common …

and for your personal statement on wealth. if you are
mid thirties, have multiple children and still have the urge
to fulfill the needs of a sixteen year old, well, then probably
you are as well not a very interesting personality. it's that
simple.

Well the first problem is HE authorized it & sponsored it. Like I said he gots a certain persona he's driving towards fans & by fans I mean haters. The saying goes the haters watch more than the fans & Floyd has more hater fans then fan fans than anyone in the sport today & arguable ever. I think Floyd has proven that with his PPV numbers & I think Muhammad Ali proved that as well back in the day when he was hated by so many people in particular white people for being a n!gga that talked too much.

Floyd's kids know who he is so they know how true this is or isn't. I suspect his kids already know the "Hollywood" aspect of life & will be reality stars in their own right in the future & manipulate reality as well if not better than dad. We'll see, thats obviously hugely speculative.

I can't imagine most people really care to start with. I don't usually think about what any of these guys are really like myself til I see people saying things like you & others say about Floyd usually. I don't know Floyd. I don't know Manny. I don't know Andre Ward. I do know enough to know that you don't know them any better than I know them cuz largely we are watching the same sh!t.

Yea cuz everyone knows you quit having sex & wanting nice things in your 30's. Thats just depressing if you think like that over your sexual life. I see nothing wrong with going out & finding someone to hook up with as long as you can keep up with that lifestyle. Maybe its getting a lil weird into your 50's or 60's but then again times are changing. I hear there is way more hooking up going on in old folks homes these days. Its like an epidemic lol, thats funny & disturbing to think about.

The buying sh!t thing I can understand a bit more as I'm a minimalist so buying stuff to make yourself look cooler or feel better seems pretty foreign to me, but there are plenty of people who have this mindset & its limits are usually income based & Floyd has a lot of income.

there are so many things in your post that i could
debate for weeks and would do so, if i didn't see
another truth behind it: your and my definition of
"interesting personality", or whatever you would like
to call what we are talking about here, differs
dramatically. yet this is a boxing forum and no
dispute corner on ethics, psychology or human
depth. so i would like to withdraw from this and save
both of us time and useless emotionality because we
would inevitably find out that we widely disagree at the
very basics of the debate. so then why debate at all?

take care.

I don't understand the problem here. Talking to anyone about your problems isn't bad or dumb. I've talked to homeless people to well to do people to criminals about issues I was dealing with at the time or in the past. I don't see how getting anyones thoughts is a bad thing. Doing what a person says is a whole other step, but in this case Floyd seemed right. This mfer needed to get the f#ck away from this lady cuz he was way too troubled about the situation.
And I once got some great advice from a crackhead ... but Floyd Mayweather Jr is more stupid than most people, including bums and crackheads.

He's also one of the worst case examples of egoism and superficiality. With those things as the basis of your essence, wise advice isn't flowing out.

Again though talking to someone about your problems & them offering advice is a common thing people do. Hell I lived in a neighborhood with this crazy f#cker back in the day & I'd talk to him about sh!t just to see what crazy ass advice he'd give. He was hilarious & tbh there was a couple times he had some solid insight in spite of his crazy ass.

Basically there is no need to actually take the advice upon hearing it, but talking about your issue & getting different viewpoints is probably damn near always a good thing. I think men as a sex tend to bottle things up. This mfer was just way off the cliff sanity-wise is the problem here not who he was talking to or what was said. Leaving a cheating spouse is great advice if you ask me. Work things out from afar if there workoutable.

LMMFAO @ Floyd being a thug. Floyd is a guy who had it rough as a kid, but became rich as a kid too or at very least had his blueprint on becoming rich set up as a kid. This guy has been making sums of money most won't make in a year to sums of money most won't make in their lifetimes for 15 years plus. Although if you're using thug as a codeword for "the N word", which seems to be a popular thing these days as it seems there are few thugs who happen to be non-black, I can understand your usage here.

Is having it rough as a kid or making tons of money an excuse for battering women in front of your kids?

I don't know that there is an excuse for something like that. Certainly not one people wanna talk about. I don't think it qualifies you as a thug though either.

No, you jackass ... almost every murder done in this world is committed by men.

Who else kills women?
Who else terrorizes women and then justifies it?

I didn't say that ALL men kill women. However, as a group, one attribute of men is committing murder. Ever read ANY statistic about murder. Sick of you dick-worshipping boys always jumping to defend the greatest evil on this planet.

I know you're trolling, but I'll take the bait just this time.

As everyone on here that's ever had the horrible misfortune of reading your tripe already knows, you are a hypocrite. You pick and choose your "facts" and love to spin things to fit your own pseudo intellect.

And when you get called, as you did with your half-the-story rape statistics, you disappear.

What you said was a generalization..."man doing what men do...kill women". As a group, one attribute of HUMANS is committing murder. Are men more likely, yes. Interestingly enough, since you're trying so hard to be this politically correct warrior for justice you didn't mention the fact that the murderer was black (and blacks are more likely to commit murder in the USA). But the generalization of saying "a black man doing what black men do...kill women" wouldn't fit your mentally challenged perspective that white people are to blame for all the world's ills.

Let me tell you something a brief google search of statistics won't teach your ignorant ass; criminals are criminals. No matter a persons race, beliefs, gender, or ANYTHING else, it comes down to the individual. Instead of generalizing people to fit your warped perspective of the world, you should get out of your moms basement and meet some people. Mix it up. People different from you. You may just find that the world isn't quite as scary of a place as you think shriveled away in your little hovel of a mind.

Does it fvck come down to the individual, to say so would discount culture, or do you honestly think that a huge number of people in some African countries come to the independent decision to mutilate their girls' genitals?

Bad Intentions made a very simplistic comment that hinted at the global patriarchy and biased balance of power manifesting through one of the millions of acts of violence perpetrated towards women on a daily basis.

If anyone is trolling here, it's you implying that we are a collection of free individuals and highlighting any discriminatory issues is making 'moronic hypocritical generalizations'.

So you did your research ... what % of murders are committed by men? What if we included murders committed in "war"?

How many matriarchal societies remain? What about the concerted effort to retrain societies in which their was gender inequality to be male dominated?

You can hide your head under the pillow until reality goes away. But, I'm not afraid to see reality. Men have terrorized women for a very long time. It's almost become an afterthought. When talking about the effects of war and aggressive domination, we only list casualties. No one mentions the MILLIONS of rapes that occurred during RECENT history. It's as if it's not even an important crime. Why doesn't anyone bring up the ridiculous amounts of rape that occurred in WWII?

I get it. It took me a while to realize that I was part of the group that was wrong. it is one of the most difficult things to do, especially when you've been trained all your life to believe your group was just. However, until the groups who are in power have the humility and love to realize the evil they are a part of, and contribute to with their biased mentality, nothing will change.

Sorry to troll with my lunacy ...
