^Newspaper clipping indicates that Grim was DQ'd for going down without being hit after hitting the canvas 52 times over 12 rounds... he was NOT knocked out by McVea.

I have not been able to find a local paper yet that confirms a disqualification. The Parisian papers I have come across thus far either report that Grim abandoned or that it was stopped by the referee.
