The Miami News archives from April 13, 1977, page 12, reported that heavyweight Rocky Casola knocked out James J.Johnson in 45 seconds. Boxrec lists Dice Johnson on this date. I believe the Dice Johnson fight was at a later date, but currently unable to find the newspaper report. Believe Casola was 6-2, not 5-2.

The name Dice Johnson likely comes from the report of the card in Ring Magazine. It was not a separate fight from the one you are referring to. I guess his true first name was James, but I am not entirely sure he was James J Johnson, whose record here might be a combination of more than 1 fighter's.
