Who should Eubank Jr fight next?
Re: Who should Eubank Jr fight next?
Eubank v Etches would be a very good bout, so would Eubank v Ryder.

Eubank v Etches would be a mismatch. Etches is not ready for the thunder...

Chudinov is actually quite a decent match up to be fair considering just coming off the loss to BJS.

Still struggling to pick a winner for this one,if Eubank Jr can start faster than he did against Saunders then i'd have to go for him on points but i can see Chudinov winning too

I would consider this a very difficult fight for Billy Jo, in fact it would be the best win on his resume by a decent amount. I think Chudinov will win on points. only hope is that little chris starts a bitfaster and sharper, and that Chudinov doesn't possess the chin the travelling man does.handsofstone wrote:Still struggling to pick a winner for this one,if Eubank Jr can start faster than he did against Saunders then i'd have to go for him on points but i can see Chudinov winning too

Watched bits of Chudinov today. I think his style with Eubank will gel well and could get very tasty if they start exchanging (not like the Nielsen fight).
Handspeed is the key for Eubank Chudinov looks slow with his punches to me. His head movement looks decent but certainly isn't an elusive fighter. I quite fancy Eubank via stoppage in this one.

Re: Who should Eubank Jr fight next?
Stopping Chudinov, who seems sturdy to me, would certainly be a strong way to come back from the loss, but I wonder how much power Eubank has. It doesn't seem like he's much of a puncher when he faces decent opponents (check the resumes of the guys he's halted-most of them have been stopped a bunch), but I can see him landing frequently and perhaps he can wear the defensively limited Chudinov down.
I lean toward Eubank on points.
