If Pacqiuao and Mayweather do not fight each other. Then I would want to see both retire.
Besides the fight they have nothing more to prove.

Re: What boxers should retire?
Anyone over 40 who's not in the top ten.
Anyone over...idk 35, 36, 37...something like that who've lost 2 outta their last 3 fights to non-top ten contenders.
Anyone who's been stopped 5 times or more in the last...five years lets say.
Anyone who's stomach is in the way of seeing their dick.
Anyone with a losing career record should have a higher criteria to get their boxing license renewed each year to get those guys outta the game quicker too.

Sergey Lyakhovich has taken too many beatings and should retire for the sake of his health.

Agreed. Its gonna take a few decent wins to get him back on track but sadly his last performance was less than impressive.
I've seen him mention before though that he has no intention of retiring as he see's boxing as his job and wants to do it for years to come.

A Rare thing that I'll agree with you on but I'd rather see BHop get one more win before riding off into the sunset.

Re: What boxers should retire?
You could fill a book with the names of boxers who should retire. Some are high profile names like Roy Jones Jnr. But many more are boxers who's names most of us down even know, the tomato cans, who get called on when a boxer needs to pad his record with an easy win or KO. Some of these guys simply swap brain cells for cash.

Yinz are right on the $$$$. All of them need to hang em up. Especially Jones for prmoting them ass shows dahn in West Virginy. Andre Berto is in the retirement category as well.
Throw in Debvon Alexander too. He aint that old, but he's boring.

Roy Jones has rejects talk of retirement
Roy Jones Jr. has disputed the circulating rumors that he has retired from the sport of boxing.
Jones, 47-years-old, has been pondering his next move since suffering a brutal knockout at the hands of Enzo Maccarinelli last December in Moscow, Russia.
The loss drew the fire of fans and critics, who blasted the promoters who staged the event and pleaded with Jones to finally retire.
Rumors of a Jones retirement began on Wednesday.
"I'm the only one who can talk about the future of my boxing career and the statements that were made were not made by me," Jones said.
"It's not true that I'm done with boxing - and while it is possible [that I might retire] - that hasn't been decided yet."

Re: What boxers should retire?
Roy Jones Junior. He never Legitimately lost a fight until after he was 35 ( His only loss was a DQ in a fight he was handily winning)...
He is an all time great getting beaten by guys he would have toyed with and flattened in his prime,
