Warrington is fighting someone who has fought outside of his homeland in 3 of his last 11 bouts, having fought in Japan, South Africa and Australia...I understand he's not a good opponent but some of us need to realise how geography works...mullenman wrote:Joke fight.

And on the flipside of that point, why does it matter where some fights? Are we pretending that only the UK, Germany and US are worth fighting in?
Would also be interesting to know which "journeyman" beat him? Borg (at the time a touted Aussie prospect), Shiino (who entered the bout ranked around the same as Warrington is now by the WBC) or Lubabalo Msuthu (not a world beater but also not a journeyman).
Don't get me wrong, I'd have preferred Hyland Vs Warrington but but it'd be nice to see factually accurate statements.
