Floyd has shown extreme reluctance and even fear of losing his health to Pacquiao. This means he's psychologically beaten. He's going to be forced into the fight against his will. This has happened throughout history and when it does the scared/reluctant/ducking fighter ALWAYS loses.

Some examples: Jones ducking the Tarver rematch. Oscar ducking Hopkins. Tyson ducking Lewis. Holyfield ducking Lewis. Tommy Burns ducking Jack Johnson. Mike Spinks ducking Mike Tyson. In UFC Tito Ortiz ducked Chuck Liddell. Every single time the ducking fighter got forced into the fight he didn't want, he LOST.

Pacquiao, I GUARANTEE you, will defeat and destroy Mayweather.

We can only guess where the negotiations are at this point. What Arum says to the public has proven to be not the truth in the past. One thing for sure, Floyd has never pulled away from negotiations. It has always been team Pac/Arum. Hope it gets done. We will all know within 2 weeks.
