We in Australia have the WORST boxing coverage in the world. The sooner we can get allegedly the better. And im hearing Fox is going to pretty much scrap domestic boxing this year. It's only going to get worse.

I would expect if anywhere is showing it, it would be the Greenwood Tavern. But they rely on Mainevent which isnt telecasting it into australia.
We need a committed boxing channel, which is available. I would happily pay a little extra to foxtel if they could get it on board, much like they had Setanta. However it would appear Fox are moving away from boxing which is an absolute travesty. There were some pretty poor local cards last year, but there were also some great scraps and the boys got some great exposure. Fox need to pull their fingers out and give the sport a reasonable time slot (Wed and Thurs dont cut it). Regardless if it goes head to head with AFL/NRL/ARU the followers of the sport will either watch it or record it.
