Langford and Bob had the power but would they get to the chin?

The Wlad who fights now would beat them. Maybe the early offensive Wlad would get tagged... I think Bob is too small to finish the job. Sam probably is too but he'd have a better chance.

I can't see it, to be honest.

Wladimir is far too big & too skilled.

I have to agree. Fighting Wlad is a very tall order for any light heavy in history.

Wlad is a fighter who has become acutely aware of his Achilles' heel. Now he fights like a kid who has found a glitch in a video game 2-3 moves that mean he alwasy wins.

I could see Roy Jones Jr in his prime giving Wlad difficulty... And I'd probably say that the older generation of Light Heavies, the likes of; Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore & Gene Tunney might be able to do the job.

The only problem Jones would give Wlad is whether or not the D.A. would charge Wlad with murder after he knocks Jones' head clean off.

Ezzard Charles and Michael Spinks maybe - versatile and powerful. I wouldn't bet on it though, it's a big size difference. It depends what version of Wlad as well, he keeps getting better. It's hard to see any of them beating Wlad on top of his game.

Charles and Langford in their prime. Langford knocked out guys bigger than Wlad and guys much more skilled.

Harry Wills reckoned Sam to be unbeatable in his prime.

The fighters listed wouldn't even be competitive

Maybe Ezzard Charles.
