wlad waited that tick to long with retirement and
now faces the first formidable opponent in a very
long time. he will prepare perfectly as usual, but
here is a man who is physically on his level, who
has the same confidence, can take a punch, but
is significantly younger.

wilder's management will carefully choose the
time of the fight. they know it is the big payday,
so sooner or later they want the fight. but they
as well want to make some dollar before with
an easier defense or two, plus time is in their
favor since wlad approaches expiration date.

early 2016 is the first possible point where this
fight could happen. wlad will put a rematch clause
in there and i could imagine he loses the first one.
maybe with some controversy involved. this time
vitali is too old to step in and save the family name,
so wlad has to dig deep and he comes out for the
second one all guns blazing and we have a fight
of epic proportions.

Michael Grant 2.0, Klitschko already sparred Wilder and flattened him. It won't go more than 2 rounds at best, and I'm hardly a Klitschko fan.

Wilder needs to go through that 12 round distance a couple more times before any unification.

Challenger wise he needs people that are going to offer the threat to him that makes him stick to his more measured approach last night.

I don't think this fight will happen. Wilder will feast on steady diet of bums for couple of years. They wont take the fight as long as Wlad looks to be on top of hes game.
