Jennings is in talks with Klitschko so it must be someone else. Eddie Chambers expressed the wish to fight him on Twitter. If he beats big Ustinov then he becomes a prime candidate among Americans. I actually want to see Wilder in with one of the top Europeans. If not Povetkin or Fury yet then perhaps Glazkov or Szpilka. Szpilka is most likely since his signing with Al.

Tyson Fury for me.

Wilder probably wins easily though, as he is much more powerful & Fury is easy to hit, but Fury has balls even bigger than his mouth, so he could make it interesting.

The Al Haymon Heavyweight stable basically looks like this:

-Cris Arreola
-Antonio Tarver
-Artur Szplika
-Gerald Washington
-Dominic Breazeale

It isn't great. However, he has the opportunity with those names to make optional defenses based on the rankings that exist with two of them. I think Arreola/Wilder for that heavyweight strap could sell on NBC and at the gate if it was put in Southern California. Tarver, being from Florida, might even make for a good fight if they decide to put a fight in Alabama or Mississippi somewhere.

I just hope it's not Andrzey Wawrzyk, whom Haymon signed a couple of days ago.

Fury is surely the best bet for money, impact and interest. But I bet he defends against Cris Arreola or Antonio Tarver (who will probably win)

Hmm....seems like an odd signing if he's not being lined up for Wilder. He's also extremely chinny and would an ideal opponent for Wilder to score a highlight-reel KO.

I'd love to Wilder/Pulev so we can see him against a common Wlad opponent, but let's face it, it'll probably be someone like Arreola or Szpilka.

Deontay vs Tyson is the preferred option.

I think maybe we drift down to a Deontay vs Lucas Browne or that level cat option though.

I think it'll be on NBC, sometime between May & July, whatever it is & if the first two PBC cards are any indication it should be an interesting fight at least on the level of those fights.

Wilder himself wants Fury. That would be a very good test for both.

Personally I'd love to see him face Jennings though I know he is already tied up trying to get Klits into the ring but outside of Jennings, I'd like to see what Tarver would be able to bring to him in terms of experience because we all know he trumps Deontay in that department.

It would be an entertaining build up for the fight because both guys talk a ton of ish so that should make the fight all the more dramatic.

That's not a very impressive list. Tarver is 46 years old. Don't do it. Don't do it.

I think it's obvious that Wilder is the second man in the division. First defense, I'd like to see him fight some higher level comp. The likes of Fury or Povetkin or Pulev.

Wilders people are saying he broke his hand mid fight. They are going for xrays when they arrive home. Next fight could be a while from now.

Wilder probably gets a Voluntary defence next up although I think a Wilder Vs Fury fight in Vegas would be Huge similar to Mayweather/Hatton you have the Us Vs UK aspect with plenty from the UK travelling to support Fury! Realsing that neither are as big names as Mayweather or Hatton!!!

Looking at that list of Haymon fighters I think Washington and Breazeale are probably both 203 good fights away from a world title fight. Tarver could be a legit option having come off a nice win over Banks and having a solid name in the game as well as being a former champion. Szplika would have to be a very wide outsider! Arreola COULD have been a viable option for May 2nd if they wished to STACK that card whoever Mayweather fights on May 2nd imagine having Wilder Vs Arreola as the semi main Arreola brings in the mexican fan base only thing is hed need a decent win ideally 2 before may and that looks unlikely

I dont see how they could justify Arreola fight right now after Wilder just beat the guy who beat him, twice. Arreola will need at least few comeback wins first.

Maybe Briggs? His chances to rile Wilder is better then with Klitschko. If internet troll gets a shot...

It will be a minimal power, semi-durable type that Wilder will knock out to reestablish his KO acumen. Glazkov if he beats Cunningham, Manuel Charr, Artur Szpilka, that type. I would expect Fury to fight Povetkin and the winner fighting Wilder in 2016 after they both beat lower tier challengers maybe even on the same card. Make it some kind of event.

Fury would be good, but as always it won't happen straight away,i think it needs to come to the boil for maybe 12 months or so,which would make it a much bigger event.

Billy Wright would probably be a better choice that Andrzei Wawrzyk.
