Gyms in Bedford for Under 16s

Hi all,

Got my son interested in looking at a boxing gym. More to keep fit and for self defense as opposed to serious/competitive at this stage.

He is literally just turned 14. Anybody able to recommend any where for him to try out?

Obviously if he decides to become competitive I know he will need to change gyms again.

Any ideas/views?

Don't know any particular clubs mate but if you go on abae website and click on clubs you can put your postcode in and it will bring a list of Aba clubs up local to you

Take him to Bedford abc .Carl the head trainer is a good trainer .
