hw Erkan Teper v Johann Duhaupas

Post by funso banjo baby »

big puncher Teper is slated for March against the frenchman Duhaupas.

Duhaupas has a long streak of wins although he hasnt fought regularly enough (shades of Takam, he's probably a little too awkward and gets avoided a lot).

this should be a fairly good matchup that has the potential to be a gruelling slugfest.

Teper is a genuine prospect. he carries a lot of power and should be on the fringes of contention soon.

I don't see Teper going anywhere......at the rate his career has gone he'll be fighting for a title when 39 yrs old.

13 fights in 5 yrs.......no stand out wins on his record, a win over Duhaupas does nothing for me, I mean its better than Teper fighting Greer. He'll be turning 33 this yr, times on his side and yet he doesn't seem to be in a hurry.

This match-up is not much other than treading water for Teper. Hopefully he plans to make his move eventually.

Teper is a hot and cold fighter... Can look very promising showing all his army amateur background and showing precise complex punches in combos... but he can also look flat and clueless...

Duhaupas is avoided because he is one of the toughest sparring partner at heavy.

This is an excellent fight. Duhaupas will be in Teper's face all night, let's see if he can still be confident and impose his superior skills on Johann.

Limited athletic skills, good chin, big punch. If Teper trains hard enough, he might be "Sinan Şamil Sam 2.0"
