Completed for you. What's the reason for it?

I think if a lot from on respond, the average for Q20-26 could be slightly skewed!

I started this, but the questions seem ridiculous. Like a parody. Here are some of the gems:

2. Watching Sky Box Office Boxing Events has a central role in my life

3. A lot of my time is organised around watching SBO Boxing Events

8. Watching a SBO Boxing Event says a lot about who I am

10. I really get involved with a SBO Boxing Event (I can feel the suspense and nerves)

And below I can't see many people choosing number 3 lol!

30. How do you feel about the £16.95 cost for a Boxing Event on Sky Box Office?
Cost should be lower
Cost is acceptable
Should be paying more for what I recieve

I apprieciate some of the question may seem a bit strange but they all represent different stages of a sports consumer behavoir model which is central to my study!

thanks again guys :bag: :box: :yay:

I completed it, the questions are a bit childish in places, as mentioned above. It seems to be geared around how it makes you feel to be on the inside of the Sky Box Office club. Which is a bit silly. I'd love to know what you are trying to find out and then see if the questions will answer the objectives.

Also your break questions, need a bit of work. I watched all 4 pay per views, but only bought 2 of them personally. A split question there would provide a lot more information. At the moment I look like a guy who watches them all but really doesn't care about it.

ie. I watched them all and answered the following

2. Watching Sky Box Office Boxing Events has a central role in my life
NO

10. I really get involved with a SBO Boxing Event (I can feel the suspense and nerves)
NO

8. Watching a SBO Boxing Event says a lot about who I am
NO

Same here - I actually just abandoned it on the second page. Surely a joke survey?

There should be two questions:

1. Do you feel Sky Box Office is a complete rip off?
2. What would you change about SBO Boxing
a) get rid of it completely
b) an evening of quality, evenly matched boxing matches, a big name main event, and a whole new Sky team

Thing is I do actually get the nerves before a big fight...or even just a well matched 50-50 fight between 2 guys who are equally motivated. Though ti really doesn't need to be SBO...that bit is irrelevant,

And "central role in my life"... I made my wife change the dates of a holiday last year because of Froch-Groves II. In the end we just came home 2 days early...essentially throwing away a few hundred quid (actually a fair bit more with the changes in flights too) so I could watch the fight on TV at home.

I feel like a right sad bastard now.

you need to think again about the age ranges at the end - should be for example 22-25 and then 26-29 not 22-26 and 26-29. interesting survey though.

How about going back to Sky, and telling them to stick 99p on top of their Sports package, and then scrap SBO. I guess there are maybe 6 million Sky Sports subscribers in the UK? So that is £6million per month extra, or £72million extra per year. How hard is that to work out?

If they do a massive ad campaign saying they are scrapping PPV, but raising the cost of SS by 99p, (maybe even 50/60/70p could work), then I am sure they would;

1) Hit much higher viewing figures for big events

2) Have another hook to keep people subscribed (you can currently not have SS, but still buy a PPV)

3) Have a guarenteed extra income, plus ad revenue during big fights increasing that £72million.
