Did this boxer never box a 4, 6 or 8 round bout ?

Entirely possible, although I don't know it to be a fact. A lot of these Thailand cats have Muay Thai/kickboxing success that they can flip over to boxing fairly easily & at a higher level than most start at.

Edit: got curious myself & yea looks like this kid gots a muay thai background & not only that is considered one of the best muay thai guys around these days. A number of Thai's are the same, a lot of them jump straight into 6 rounders any way whilst the best are moved straight to 10 rounds. And from what it seems that is his completed record. Boxrec are missing a fight or two for some of his stablemate including Kongputorn and Kongfah Cp Freshmart.
