Broadcast have just begun and when the fight starts Ill do round by round. After the fight ZDF will show Chagaev vs Calloway 2.

The fight will be for the vacant european light heavyweight title and for the WBO intercontinental title.

Drews enter to some rap music

This ought to be a good one. Drews is a top ten guy, and Brancalion is top twenty five or so but is young and hungry. Im thinking Stipe by UD, a 6'5" southpaw is HARD to beat at 175.

Wow he hurts him in round one?!? Drews was always more of a safety first kind of boxer.

Brancalion having difficulties landing anything
Drews lands 2-3 clear punches.
Drews counters very well with the southpaw jab when Brancalion tries something
The fight is a bit dirty + some holding.

I dont think Brancalions balance is very good, when he tries to avoid punches he almost falls.
Drews hurt a bit again and with Brancalion's poor balance he almost hits the canvas
Drews still makes good use of his jab, seems like he is quicker that Brancalion.

Brancalion switches a lot from orthodox to southpaw and back
Brancalion lands a couple of good punches
Brancalion was the fighter that Michailenko was surposed to have fourght for the EU belt in november.
Not so much action this round

Drews lands a good left, Brancalion counters
Drews lands a good combo, Brancalion shakes his head as to say "you didnt hurt me"

The rounds is like the previous rounds, Drews doing better than Brancalion
Brancalion lands a good right, Drews follows up with a good one

Brancalion not going for haymakers ect like I thourght he would, he really need it on my scorecard

Chagaev pretty much made Calloway his bitch.
Calloway wasnt up when the ref reached 10 (after 15 secs) so winner on KO2, Ruslan Chagaev.

Yep looks like a typical Drews performance...completely outpoints/outclasses his opponent but manages to make the fight a snoozer.

Still, hes now once again the EBU lightheavyweight champion.

Good to see Chagaev finally taking things seriously.

On a more important note, Ive heard that Pietro Aurino may be next for Drews. Drews may be in for a real fight there.

Showed to short highlights from the the Wilashenk and Sartison fights. The KO in the Sartison fight was pretty nasty.

Then it was extended highlights from the fight between the two unbeaten cruiserweights, Pavel Melkomian and Gregory Drozd.
Round 1: 10-9 Melkomian
Round 2: 10-8 Melkomian (Drozd down)
Round 3: 10-7 Melkomian (Two point deductions for Drozd, one for headbutting and one for low blow
Round 4: 10-8 Drozd (Melkomian down)
Round 5: Melkomian down after 30 secs, cant get up, winner by KO5 Gregory Drozd.

Melkomian got a huge cut in round 3.
