Timings for this weekends fights
Timings for this weekends fights
I know it's only Wednesday but do we know the rough ringwalk times for Abraham-Smith and Golovkin-Murray.
I have seen Sky start their show at 7:20pm and Channel 5 start theirs at 10pm.

I'm not sure about the ringwalk times but Im out so I'm gonna have to record both shows,I'm gutted,I could do with staying in but I'm out with lads from work
I'm meant to be going out in the afternoon so no way am I gonna be in any fit state to watch anything later on,I'm gonna have to get up early to watch Boxcino heavyweight QF and the Sammy Vasquez-Emmanuel Lartey cards on Saturday morning

Main event Germany is usually always 10PM so expect them in the ring 11PM UK time.
Monaco, who knows..hopefully 10pm UK time, in case either of them try and give the other result away ...Nick Halling has previous form in that regard - though Glyn Leach ( RIP ) Memorably gave him a swift kick up the arse over that..

HBO are advertising the Golovkin Vs. Murray broadcast as starting at 5:45pm ET so that would be 10:45pm our time. Take into account 15 minutes for buildup and ringwalks, I'd say the fight will be on at 11pm UK time.
I'd say this will be in the ring 11pm German time...10pm our time. Surely Sky would prefer it not to clash with Golovkin too.Main event Germany is usually always 10PM so expect them in the ring 11PM UK time.
Re: Timings for this weekends fights
I'm sure Kalle Saurland said in an interview a few months back that the the television network in Germany that shows Abraham's fights also had the rights to GGG fights too, if that is the case then the main events should be staggered

In my experience, the headline starts at around 11pm over here which is 10pm UK time.MightyWarrior wrote:Main event Germany is usually always 10PM so expect them in the ring 11PM UK time.

Eddie Hearn said a few weeks ago that he'd been having talks with Sauerland and the German broadcaster designed to avoid the Smith and Murray fights clashing on British TV.

Yes you're right, got it the wrong way round - 11pm Germany main event start = 10pm UK time for AA/Smithringtoneboxing wrote:In my experience, the headline starts at around 11pm over here which is 10pm UK time.MightyWarrior wrote:Main event Germany is usually always 10PM so expect them in the ring 11PM UK time.

apparently GGG/Murray will be on 5 demand too , don't know how long after the live fight this will be though .

Personally I'll be watching the Sky bill until 10pm then switching straight over to Channel 5 until GGG has finished. Will then catch up with the rest of the Sky card, hopefully the broadcasters will do the decent thing & avoid spoilers.
