John Conteh technique vid

done another little video on another one of my favourite fighters to watch/learn from.

I've kept it reasonably short and just focused on 2 or 3 points, there's some other nice technique breakdown vids out there but i think some tend to way over-analyse, often focusing on tiny movements that i think are hugely instinctual and particular to the individual.
I've used my videos with some fighters i train and they've been really useful; demonstrating the simple things that class operators did very well.

john's weight was always over that left leg and that's perhaps why he didn't dig to the body very much. great destructive jabber and hooker. a wonderful athlete and one of our very best ever.
