Don't really get why they have to respect the anthem, I couldn't give a fornicate if anyone booed god save the queen, don't sing it and usually put the sound on mute when it comes on.reggaereggae wrote:Not too bad for brits. I was looking forward to hearing McDonald attempt to say Paul Smith again.tony1234 wrote:Bloke off the darts as MC, where is John McDonald ?

One of the two things is going to happen now. Either it will be just like the 1st, with Abraham winning narrower decision on judges cards. Or Abraham blitzes Smith and stops him within 6.
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
Can't see this going 12 think smith just knicked that
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
I give Smith the first round but not getting too excited. We all know Abraham is a slow starter.
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
Abraham looks more spiteful than last time could come down to who has the better chin and that's no contest.

I agree with you in principle, but in practice the Yanks take their anthem very very seriously. So you have to think of that as you're on their country.expe wrote:Don't really get why they have to respect the anthem, I couldn't give a eff if anyone booed god save the queen, don't sing it and usually put the sound on mute when it comes on.reggaereggae wrote:Not too bad for brits. If you booed the Saudi anthem in Saudi I'm fairly sure you'd get a jail sentence.

1:1, although abrahams winging punches to the body look poor, but effective

I would love to have an option to mute the commentary but still have the sound.
