Would he have made more from this fight than if he had won the first but taken a soft defence at home, do people think?

Got a bit flat towards the end as AA has taken control. First 6 were class but AA looks a weight class bigger

The body was the key, not the highly guarded head

Think 118-110for AA would be fair
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
Can't slate Smtih here he has shown balls and thought he would have been stopped mid rounds
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
Probably the same thing Golovkin is thinking right about now.rossij8 wrote:The body was the key, not the highly guarded head

Smith won the 11th. Amazing courage. And he's gone the distance. Who would have believed it?
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
Groves or DeGale should of gone this route if they wanted to become world champion!

I had it 116-112 AA, however I may have been a tad bias, huge respect for Smith regardless.
On a second note, could the commentators have been anymore negative towards Smith, have they joined a goth cult or caught Smith in bed with their respective wives?

Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
I put £50 on Bwin Acca on Budler (won), Abraham pts (won) and Haskins pts - but they have counted the latter as a Haskins stoppage in 8?
I know Skybet has rules to state that pts is only if it goes the full distance, but most other bookies count points / technical decision as a points win.
I am skint and feel hard done by. I have emailed them

At least they have played the proper Kazakh national anthem and haven't made the mistake one organisation did in some sporting event and play the one from Borat.
Re: Official 21st Feb fight night discussion and RBR thread
The khazakstan national anthem is actually quite catchy.
