I like Danny, seems quiet and decent, his dad on the other hand is a bell end.Boxerbeetle wrote:I always think Danny comes across quite well. Obviously his dad is a complete idiot.Fat Git wrote:ajwesty13 wrote: I am looking forward to danny garcia getting KO along with his dad.. .

Is it his dad who looks like Fred Flintstone?

Possibly but I sense he's more of a mathematician carefully analysing and coming up with enough "angles" (weight, gloves etc) before he agrees to a fight. Like the man says "a mofo got to beat me th hard way" - he already stacks the odds before the first bell. Back in 2009 circa, Paul Williams would have taxed dat assbanjo wrote:Aye, I don't think Floyd has ever been in a 50/50 fight in his life but I think that's probably because he's so damn good. :)jessi wrote:Manny and Floyd !!Rexob wrote:Without a doubt Hatton brilliantly managed right through his career without really taking on a 50/50 fight then soon as he's does boom kod not once twice! but who cares he's loaded so the kid done good.
Hardly 50/50 fights, two P4P current / greats.

a little bit of honesty but I have had a resentment with the Danny since the Khan fight and as uncool as this sounds I like Khan... I was gutted to see Khan lose to what was and what will always be to me as a fortunate hook (debatable I know).. however part of that resentment subsided with Danny when he fought Matthyesse as I realised he is very a decent boxer ... however his Dad manages to evoke so much resentment its hard to separate the 2 ....
Re: Fighter you was glad to see beaten.
I like Khan as well and it was a good scalp for Danny and a really good punch that started it. I think his (Garcia's dad) acts the twat to wind the other fella up and to take some of the load off Danny. It'd be good to see a rematch between the 2; I think Khan is settling into the weight well and he will take some beating at welter.

Broner getting beat was the funniest moment in the last few years for me. Still not changed him though has it?! Be glad when he gets beat again.

I loved the stick broner got after the loss such as him tattooed on maidanas chest saying my son etc. lol! Or him knocked down out the ropes captioned saying pops Combe me hair lol!
Re: Fighter you was glad to see beaten.
Broner was a gobshite but I wasnt 'pleased' per se.
Degale, yes, I was glad to see Groves beat him, not just because I'd bet on Groves.
Smith the elder I just can't find it in me to appreciate him as a fighter, still scratching my head over how he got the first shot against Abraham. Quite happy to see him whack-a-moled back to British level where to be honest he is quite capable, and its no disgrace to be fighting at that level.

DeGale was a tit in the run up the Groves fight but his trainer Jim Mc Donnell was just as bad. That said, I was glad at the time he got beaten.

I'd like to see Klitschko kod. That would be satisfying. Nothing against him as a person though
