Murray was fighting hard in the 10th, landing several significant shots. He deserved to have his chance to shock the world. If it had been stopped earlier it would have been whined about and Murray would have been p!ssed.

Murray, his corner, and the ref all did their jobs admirably.
What this guy said.
Murray is a hard man and I've said all along he'd last longer than any other GGG opponent. He did himself proud and gave GGG a fight.
He was well beaten but will be pleased he "left it all in the ring"

I thought Murray could have gone on beyong that stoppage and potentially seen out the 12th round. But in the context of the fight and where it was going it was a perfect stoppage.
Murray had no complaints and would have been raging at his corner if they hadn't given him every chance to do his job.

Everyone did thier jobs, none more so than GGG, who is clearly an absolute machine.

Just my luck that I was at a Union Educational seminar and missed this fight. :witzend:

Sounds like the G-Train laid a beaten on another opponent and thus will have his detractors calling for him to move up and out of the division he comfortably makes weight for and dominates.

I think that after GGG changed the fight in the 4th, Murray and his corner knew their only hope was to have GGG fade late and to try and conserve enough to take advantage of that if it happened.

I think that explains why they kept going out there round after round.
