I wish it had been Peter Quitting instead....
of Martin Murray in there taking that beating. Kid Chickenshit is the one who deserved that ass whupping. I wish Martin the best of luck and hope that the beating he took on Saturday does not bring on lasting health problems for him.
Keep hiding behind Al Haymon Peter, you chickenshit! I'm sure all the Cuban greats are rolling in their graves knowing this chickenshit is of Cuban descent. Every Cuban should disown this coward.

I had a similar thought during the fight, but not the way you seem to be saying here.Baby Face Finster wrote:of Martin Murray in there taking that beating. Quillin would be feast or famine for GGG.
I believe Murray has a better chin that Kid Chocolate; problem is Quillin hits on a completely different order of power than Murray as well.
In other words, some of those shots landed on Murray hurt Peter worse but some of those clean shots Murray landed on GGG hurt Gennady worse.
Would have been interesting to see...

Quillin's shots didn't really bother LMW Konechny. He also almost lost to Rosado and was lucky to inflict that cut. Quillin's power is exaggerated.koolkc107 wrote:I had a similar thought during the fight, but not the way you seem to be saying here.Baby Face Finster wrote:of Martin Murray in there taking that beating. What a stupid topic.
Murray fought hard and lost. What are you trying to say? You wished Murray ducked GGG? I don't understand the mind of a person who thinks this way. Perhaps this is where the term "butthurt" is applicable.

Kid Chickenshit and Aducknis Quackenson share a room at the Haymon household. Chavez Jr is in the corner sniffing glue and Santa Cruz is riding a rocking horse in the playpen. Garcia and Pederson are in the middle of the floor playing with cars. Broner shitting his diapers dirty.
That crew is today's answer to the Garbage Pail Kids.

It is difficult to say exactly how hard Quillin hits as his opposition hasn't been of the highest calibre, but I think he hits a fair bit harder than Murray and he definitely has faster hands and a completely different style to anyone GGG has faced.ikorolev wrote:

For that reason Quillin is the fight I would like to see GGG in next, but I know it can't happen unless GGG signs with Haymon
Re: I wish it had been Peter Quitting instead....
Quillin offers an interesting mix of power (which is above average but not particularly good in my opinion) and skill, and among middleweights I think he's got the best chance of beating GGG even though I'd confidently back the latter. That said, I'm not seeing how he's got faster hands than anyone GGG's fought; I've seen others mention his speed too but to me it seems fairly average and maybe someone could point out examples to the contrary.keirw wrote:It is difficult to say exactly how hard Quillin hits as his opposition hasn't been of the highest calibre, but I think he hits a fair bit harder than Murray and he definitely has faster hands and a completely different style to anyone GGG has faced.ikorolev wrote:

I worded it wrong, crusader wrote:Quillin offers an interesting mix of power (which is above average but not particularly good in my opinion) and skill, and among middleweights I think he's got the best chance of beating GGG even though I'd confidently back the latter. I didn't mean to say he has faster hands than anyone GGG has faced, just that he is faster than Murray and a completely different style to anyone GGG has faced
Re: I wish it had been Peter Quitting instead....
Kid Coco is alright. He hasn't fought enough to clearly say how badly GGG would beat him or not. It's best fight at MW with Lemeiux (spelling??) possibly being a good test. Time to move up in weight and leave MW behind, GGG. Just go for it
Re: I wish it had been Peter Quitting instead....
He should move up only for good money. At this time, it is only for Chavez, Froch and possibly Ward if somebody throws good money at that fight. Of course, some SMW could become a star in couple years and become an attractive target. Moving up and fighting bigger guys just for a challenge doesn't make sense.birdman77 wrote:Kid Coco is alright. He hasn't fought enough to clearly say how badly GGG would beat him or not. Quillin also keeps his chin up a lot, standing straight up leaving it out to dry. Chin will get checked accordingly.. your right about the speed, his is average dunno wtf some people are watching.crusader wrote:Quillin offers an interesting mix of power (which is above average but not particularly good in my opinion) and skill, and among middleweights I think he's got the best chance of beating GGG even though I'd confidently back the latter.
