BJS at ringside for the BN telecast, should be interesting to hear his views on Eubank Jr's fight...

I only caught the last bit of the interview and was wondering who he was talking about..
What is the issue mate??
Re: 28th Feb Fight Discussions & RBR
They'll get it sorted, some sort of deal will be agreed, either a compromise with a British judge/ref and the rest neutral or they pay Chudinov more to fight with the officials the board want.

What's happened.
Just switched onto Brad Skeete fight starting. Probably a bad time to switch on isn't it!
Re: 28th Feb Fight Discussions & RBR
Contract said neutral officials, subject to board approval. Board have appointed a British ref and judge, Chudinov's team aren't having it, Warren and Eubank Sr have been trying to get it sorted, John Rees, who I think is head of officials with the board won't even give Frank his number and the board are digging their heels in, saying there has to be a British ref. I've said it before, but they really don't help themselves at times, especially with all this Malta shite about at the moment.jameswilson wrote:Boxerbeetle wrote:Fvcking shambles, Board should be ashamed of themselves.

He's on after Fury, same time as Frampton, no one watching on TV but all his support in the arena for the main event before his fight.Boxing Prospect wrote:Board being idiots here and making it hard for fighters and promoters

It amazes me the board can over-rule whats agreed ina contract, especially as the neutral ref will have been chosen along with the WBA.tony1234 wrote:Board insisting on Terry O'Connor as ref , Russians not happy
Can someone explain the sanity of why they can insist that Terry O'Connor is ref, assuming the other ref is experienced.

I didn't actually realise the ITV coverage started so late tonight, sounds like there shouldn't be much overlap.

Oh fvck, thanks for the reminder! I totally forgot it was starting on ITV4 first. Makes sense why the main ITV coverage starts so late now!ILikeBeer wrote:The undercard has just started on ITV4.Boxerbeetle wrote:I didn't actually realise the ITV coverage started so late tonight, sounds like there shouldn't be much overlap.

Look at that guy in the front row. He's massive, and has a green T-Shirt.
He looks like The Incredible Hulk.

Not sure what you're asking about here... In summary, Skeete won 1st Rd ko & Eubank Jr fight is in doubt as dispute over officials.reggaereggae wrote:What happened?jameswilson wrote:Boxerbeetle wrote:Fvcking shambles, Board should be ashamed of themselves.
