Chagaev is too experienced for Big Daddy. He has an excellent chin and won't be intimidated by the Australian's size. Chagaev to knock out an exhausted Browne around round 10, in my opinion.

Dont forget Lucas power mate. Im going for an upset, i think Lucas will hit too hard and get the stoppage early.

Chagaev is by far the better boxer, but how much does he have left in the tank after a long hard career?
If Browne lands clean he could well get the upset.
An intriguing fight....

He does have a lot of power, but I think Chagaev has only been down once in his long career - back in 2009 against Wladimir - and even then he finished on his feet, retiring hurt.

But we will see - it's a great match-up, I will be looking forward to it!

Chagaev is a spent bullet. He hasn't beaten a notable opponent in years and has not looked good in his last few fights against sub-par opposition.
Browne should have no trouble in this fight for a joke WBA secondary belt.

The good thing here is that at least a legitimate heavyweight is going to dismiss Chagaev and move into position to challenge Wlad.
I didn't want one of the cruiserweights or Tarver to come along and cherry pick this secondary belt hoping it will get them a Klitschko payday.

Browne sucks. Chagaev will beat him soundly even if he is well past prime.

Lucas needs to jump on him early to stand any chance of a win. He won't win on points.

Which is exactly what I said for Kovalev Hopkins and Wilder Stiverne.

Browne has more up-side than Chagaev. Ruslan is just a stepping stone.

If Chagaev has anything left he should win easily but I think he might be a spent force.

First of all, Browne needs to fight him outside of Russia or Germany if he thinks it might go to the scorecards. Other than that years ago Chagaev was a solid fighter and got some good wins under his belt though a lot of them were close decisions. These days I'm not so sure, he barely made it past Oquendo in that weird show in Grozny where a very game Quendo could have easily picked up the decision if not for all the circumstances surrounding the bout for him.
Interesting match up it is though, would be nice to see if Browne can deliver.
