Helenius is better than Solis. I'd say Scott and Johnson were better as well.

Both Helenius and Solis have been horrible HWs, compared to what was expected of them. If Helenius and Solis fought, the first one would be reaching for a drink and the second one would be reaching for a cheeseburger. I think Johnson and Scott would decision both of them at this point.

How can spot #15 be vacant? Wouldn't the guy who was No.16 just be moved up?

Good question. I used to use the rule that the most recent fighter to have slipped out of the rankings (due to the introduction of a new fighter, not due to their being voted out) would take the vacant #15 spot. People didn't like this, so I've changed the rules so that any vacant spots go to vote. I will make a post for the vacant #15 spot shortly.

Is not it better to keep it vacant until someone gets in through the usual process.

We could, but that can take a very long time. Generally speaking, more boxers are voted out of the rankings than voted in through results - we would end up with multiple vacancies if we didn't have topics to fill them.
