This sport gets more ridiculous by the week.
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
Campbell deals with Coyle comfortably, not sure Eddie can sell this as a big event. i think thats a step too far even for Eddie and would really be insulting the intelligence of boxing fans....
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
Gethin must have come in with an injury, and might sound harsh but should Gethin get paid his full earnings?

He's only got to insult the fans from Hull, not the boxing worldMR T wrote:Campbell deals with Coyle comfortably, not sure Eddie can sell this as a big event. i think thats a step too far even for Eddie and would really be insulting the intelligence of boxing fans....

All the evidence we need that all this ppv bullshit is a non starter.
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
Crowd don't sound like they give a fornicate about the Campbell-Coyle fight anymore. Coyle banging on about how much he loves a war again, if he actually tried to box instead of having a tear up he might be a bit better. Celebrated like a knob as well, jumping around, then up on the shoulders after being dropped hard before the opponent quit on his stool with an injury.

Was shaping up nicely too,Gethin was excellent in the 2nd but shudded to a halt, his ear was horrific when he fought Flanagan so it must still be fvcked
Coyle is never dull ay but he is a lucky sonofabitch

I said Coyle in 5 but that was a sham and a fluke! Wish I was a betting man but Coyle is not on the same level as Luke Campbell! Campbell will destroy him!

It won't be PPV assuming that Campbell v Coyle will be the main event.ShadrachSimmo wrote:All the evidence we need that all this ppv bullshit is a non starter.
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
Let's be fair to Coyle - big balls, GSOH, exciting tryer.
Campbell will matador him for a while before taking him out clinically a la Zolani Tete vs Butler.

He was happy about winning. I don't see anything wrong with that.expe wrote:Celebrated like a knob as well, jumping around, then up on the shoulders after being dropped hard before the opponent quit on his stool with an injury.

Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
Should Coyle keep mentioning that they're mates?

That interview just put me right off coyle he was so trying sell the Campbell fight it became painful to watch
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
I admire Coyles heart but I kinda can't stand him a bit! I try my best to like every Brit guy but I'm finding it hard with Coyle!
Re: Hull bill discussion thread 7th March 2015
I'd have to pick Campbell on the basis of watching them both tonight, but it's strictly a learning fight, not a main event.

I'm no sleuth but I have a sneaky feeling Sky might be trying to set up a clash between Campbell and Coyle

I prefer him to Campbell.Stuarty30 wrote:I admire Coyles heart but I kinda can't stand him a bit! I try my best to like every Brit guy but I'm finding it hard with Coyle!
