Where would you have him in a list only of LWWs and Welters? Top 10 surely?
Well lets see. Best win is probably Zab Judah. Also badly lost to Vince Phillips in Tszyu's prime. If that makes you top 25 of All time then I don't know what to say.

He was a good champion who never showed any great desire to test himself against the greats of his era in Mosely, Trinidad, De La Hoya, Mayweather etc etc. People will crap on 'they avoided Tszyu/they weren't in his weight class at the time". Funny how all those great fighters managed to fight each other mostly yet Tszyu didn't even fight one of them. People make far too much of weight moving up and down divisions. If you are good enough then 7 pounds means fark all. See Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, Mayweather etc etc. Those guys are all time greats miles and miles ahead of someone like Tszyu.

Unified undisputed world champ, quite rare really, remember an interview with Mosley where he stated he was very happy that he never had to fight tszyu, that was from Mosley himself

I'd be happy to see a copy of this direct quote from Mosley............ He would've smashed KT in their primes

In your opinion that is, Forrest took care of Mosley TWICE , in the amateur WT kostya made Forrest look like a novice, styles make fights, you should watch some

Yeah Kel Tszyu would have nothing for a prime Mosely. Shane is just a nice guy thats why he made that comment. He obviously didn't actually mean it.

That ole chestnut..... If you honestly think Mosley is less of a fighter than KT you are delusional. Vince Phillips wouldn't lay a glove on a prime Mosley.... just saying :DD

I rate him up there with him Jnr, unified and undisputed champions don't look for fights, they're sought out for fights

Fair enough matey if thats your opinion although I firmly disagree with you. I would be absolutely amazed if a huge majority of boxing fans did not rate Mosely > Tszyu on an all time great list.

Forums would be boring if we all had the same opinion though. :TU:

There is a big difference between pro's and amateurs, Mosley would have stopped Tszyu if they ever fought.

You following me, thought you owned esb, why would you come here if that was the case after bagging this place and everyone who posts here, amateurs are usually very different to the pros, BUT, tszyu was one of the first of the eastern block fighters to hit the pros, since then GGG, Lara, rigo, lomachenko etc have hit the ground running in the pros, their experience as amateurs is outstanding and can walk into the pro ranks at the highest level, tszyu always fought like a pro in the amateurs and the way he disposed of Forrest in the WT was one of the best performances of boxing I can remember, anything else I can teach you about?

I always here the old timers rave on about Tszyu's victory over Forrest in the am's  Don't get me wrong it was a great performance by Tszyu, I also rate Tszyu highly as a pro. Forrest changed his style in the pro's and I reckon a fight between him and Tszyu in the pro's would have been a lot different. Who do you think would have won between Tszyu & Mosley as pro's?
