Hi mate. I've noticed that there is now Notifications at the top of page to show when others respond to posts. What other changes happened ?

That's always been around. At the bottom of each forum one has the option of subscribing to it, whereupon you'll get notification each time there's new post. Previously, notified via PM.
On mod's side of things, each time there's a new member, we're notified of pending post, which we then allow/disallow/ban. OR if someone reports a post that needs our attention - Icon is on the top right of each post
