NBC PBC vs Spike PBC

Post by ReggieDiggs »

Which version of the PBC boxing presentations did you prefer? Not talking about the fights, but the show blueprint itself.

To me there was far too much going on with the NBC version & they had way too many grey pubic hair cats in on it all. Spike was on top of things & way more entertaining even if I didn't know who the eff a couple of the people were or still getting to know them.

I have to say that the Spike broadcast last night was excellent and a big reason for that was Scott Hanson. Yes, NFL RedZone's Scott Hanson. He was fantastic last night. He was on top of the action and every move. Tommy Hearns interviews should be subtitled though

I haven't seen Hearns forever. That chick was kind of funny for some reason. Great when boxing tries to expand its audience.

Definitely Spike.

Either way I'm glad to see so much boxing on across networks.

I could not stand the announce team on the Spike broadcast last night. I like Tarver, but found the other two guys a bit irritating. I also was not a fan of the "host." The intro with her walking through the crowd just seemed far too over the top. I suppose on a positive side, they were obviously trying to market to an MMA crowd, so perhaps it will work and bring more viewers to boxing.
